Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged during shipping or have significant defects.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

For complete clarity, any hygiene sensitive items such as breast pumps, bras, bottles etc. can only be returned if unused, seal packed in original condition or proven to be defective / dead on arrival.

Do not return any item without confirmation from our team, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items, we cover the return shipping cost.

Please ensure the item is carefully repackaged and returned using a trackable shipping method.

If no defects or damage are found upon inspection, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or defective.

To request an exchange, contact support@momcare.ae with details and photos of the item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability, as well ensuring that the original item you've received is in its seal packed condition. If the item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or another item of equal value.

Shipping costs for exchanges must be paid by the customer unless the issue is our fault.

Please package all items securely in bubble wrap - similar to how you would've received it.
