Order Processing Time
- We use a courier partner for all deliveries.
- If you place an order on any day before 11:30am, we will be able to ship out your order on the same day. If your order is received after 11:30am, we will only be able to ship it out on the next day. This is due to the fact that our courier partner collects all orders for the day by 11 30am.
- If your order is received after 11:30am on Saturday, we will only be able to ship out your order on Monday.
- Deliveries in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman take one business day.
- Deliveries in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah take two business days.
- Your order will be delivered between 9am to 9pm on any given day, including Sundays (for complete clarity - we cannot dispatch orders on Sundays, however the courier deliveries are done on Sundays as well)
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we cannot ship to your location, for example remote locations such as (but not limited to) Al Ruwais - Abu Dhabi, Al Samkha - Abu Dhabi etc, we will notify you and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Packaging and Handling

Eco-friendly protective materials are used wherever possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund. We request this because we have to raise a compliant with our courier partner.

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier. If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Delayed or Missed Deliveries

We strive for timely delivery, but unforeseen delays can occur.

Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, and we will assist you in tracking it.

Momcare is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided, we will assist in rerouting the package, but additional shipping charges may apply.
