How We Handle Warranty Claims

We ensure that all electronic products such as breast pumps, cleaners, washers, and related devices meet high quality standards. Our warranty policy is designed to protect customers against manufacturing and functional defects under normal usage.

Warranty Coverage

All electronic products are covered under warranty. If the product was working properly at the time of purchase and later stops functioning due to an internal or manufacturing defect, it may qualify for a warranty claim.

Items Covered Under Warranty

  • Breast pump motor / main unit
  • Charging or power-related issues
  • Control buttons or display malfunction due to manufacturing defect

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Consumable and hygiene-related accessories such as breast shields, valves, diaphragms, tubes, milk cups, and duckbill valves
  • Damage caused due to physical or accidental damage including drops, misuse, or broken parts due to poor handling
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Normal wear and tear, including reduced suction caused by worn-out accessories
  • Damage caused by improper use, non-recommended chargers, or unauthorized repairs

Warranty Claim Conditions

  • The product must be within the warranty period, calculated from the date of delivery
  • Original purchase invoice or proof of purchase is required
  • The issue must be verified by our technical support team. For verification, the item must be received by us for physical inspection to determine the root cause of the issue

If the warranty claim is approved after inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced. The final decision rests with Momcare.
